We are excited to announce our collaboration with ETI Machinery to digitize manufacturing processes through a new project supported by the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) Manufacturing. This initiative aims to modernize production lines utilizing ETI Machinery’s equipment, enhancing efficiency and optimizing operational processes.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which represent 90% of global businesses, often lag in digital transformation. Only 5% of EU manufacturing SMEs have digitized their factories. To address this issue, we propose “servitization,” enabling Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to offer digital services and AI models to factories, making digitization more accessible and affordable while minimizing risks and the need for specialized skills.

Our FabMetrics platform will be integrated into ETI Machinery’s machines, providing real-time data visualization, comprehensive monitoring, and customizable alarm setups. This digitalization process, which will be validated at ETI Foods—the largest customer of ETI Machinery—promises to revolutionize production processes.

The main goals of the project include improving process efficiency and enhancing traceability with newly developed Digital Services of ETI Machinery. By accelerating digitalization and servitization, we aim to reduce costs in production processes and increase profitability of ETI Machinery’s manufacturer clients.

The FabMetrics platform will enable real-time data tracking and visibility of ETI Foods’ production line, facilitating continuous improvements and maximizing traceability. This approach is expected to optimize production processes significantly.

The collaboration between us and ETI Machinery lays the groundwork for the successful adoption of FabMetrics in large-scale production facilities, establishing new standards across the industry.
